Time to unload the links again! But first, you may notice the site looks a little different. I needed a change. I’m planning to do some more things to it so if you surf over here to find a steaming pile of broken code, chances are I broke something and am busy nagging Adam to help me fix it.

i will say that 50mm 1.8 is the most kick ass lens i ever bought for under $100

and accu is great for shooting bands…. red walls, black ceiling, mirror wall behind the stage…
580EXII direct or bounced off the ceiling (play with the flash compensation), 2nd curtain sync, around 1/8 -> 1/20, iso 400… 2.8 -> 5.6

get some great shots with enough ambient where it doesn’t look like a total flash shot…

Meh, I prefer clubs with real stage lights…allows for more versatility. I did have fun with the mirror through. Black ceilings don’t really reflect light so that does nothing for me.

Small world, my husband knows you. He is Jon from (ex)The Accursed…I was also at the accu show where that jerk shreaky keyboard guy kicked my 9-months-pregnant ass out of the only available seat so he could use it for his speaker. I still hate that guy. haha.
